Capital Raise, Miami & Austin SXSW

March has been a whirlwind of incredible experiences, milestones, but most importantly an opportunity to connect with two influential cities: Miami and Austin. Here’s what went down: 

Last week, Jesse, Ari, Melissa, and I had the opportunity to attend the 18th Independent Sponsors Summit & Awards in Miami, hosted by iGlobal Forum.

The energy was electric—dealmakers, investors, and industry leaders came together to exchange insights and build meaningful connections. It was a powerful reminder of why Deal Flow Xchange exists—to create spaces where deals happen and relationships thrive.

🤠 Austin,  you have a special place in my heart. 

Oh… Austin! I just got back and already miss you. The SXSW (South by Southwest ATX) was just wow—can’t find the right words for this experience! 

SXSW was a beautiful explosion of music, creativity, and inspiring conversations, encapsulating everything from the future of venture capital to breakthrough tech. If you ever get the chance to attend, I highly recommend it! I loved the experience so much that I decided to attend SXSW London this June.

DFX is heading into due diligence with multiple groups interested in our Seed round. These groups see DFX as more than a typical investment - it is a strategic investment to receive exclusive access in everything from investors to deal flow and to invest in an incredible team.
