DFX 2.0

As you may know, we have been preparing for our Seed round and rolling out new features in our platform all while expanding our presence globally.

Our rollout of geographically based communities within our platform began with this kickoff call yesterday - here is the recording of the call. On top of this, we’ve been hard at work developing a second version of DFX, what we call DFX 2.0, which will be a 10x greater experience than DFX 1.0. The new app, to be released in iOS and Android app stores in Q3 2025, will put the private capital ecosystem at your fingertips.

This massive improvement to our offering has made us reflect on our capital raise. While we are looking to raise $3M in total for a seed, it makes sense for us to do an initial $1M SAFE tranche at an 80% discount rate and do a priced round in Q3 once this new platform is released, which will surely garner a higher valuation.
