Over the past year, we’ve been building something powerful at DFX — not just a platform, but a movement.

DFX aka Deal Flow Xchange is the premier place to build relationships in private capital. We exist to reduce the economic cost of raising capital and increase the speed at which capital finds the right opportunities. With every new deal, every new partner, and every new market we enter we are creating the infrastructure for a more efficient, equitable, and global private capital ecosystem.

We believe that in five years, everyone in private capital will be on DFX. This is your chance to be on the cutting edge of that transformation.

🚀 What We’ve Built So Far

In just twelve months since our public launch:

• Over 520 deals are currently raising capital on the platform. Previous deals have raised millions of dollars.

• We’ve hosted nearly 100 events, both in-person and virtual, bringing together founders, funders, and strategic partners.

• We began our global expansion, with presence and traction now across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

• And we’re just getting started.

🔍 Now: Building Our Global Advisory Board

As we accelerate into our hockey-stick growth pattern towards IPO, we’re building a Global Advisory Board of strategic leaders, innovators, and connectors who believe in the mission and want to shape the future of capital with us.

I’m incredibly proud of the world-class individuals who’ve already joined our board:

• Vic Bhagat – The former CIO of GE, EMC (acquired by Dell for $67B), and Verizon Enterprise Solutions, Vic brings unmatched credibility and perspective to our investor engagement strategy and is collaborating with our engineering team on the build of DFX 2.0.

• Tommy Kim – A veteran dealmaker in the lower middle market who deploys checks of $20M–$30M per transaction, Tommy has closed over $15B in deals and brings deep APAC ties.

• Jaime Luque – A leader in European real estate, the professor heads the Monaco Real Estate Tech Innovation Program and has already started rapidly spreading DFX across Europe’s investor landscape.

Each of these individuals adds insight, network, and bold energy to our mission — and we’re deeply grateful for their partnership.

💬 A Personal Note

As a young woman building a company in the private capital space — and one with ambitions as bold as ours — I’ve learned how vital it is to surround myself with the right mentors. People who will challenge , stretch our thinking, and stand beside us as we take the leap into our next chapter.

I admire the exceptional men on our advisory board, but I also believe deeply that the strength of our leadership lies in its diversity. As we continue to grow, I am committed to ensuring we bring brilliant, powerful, and visionary women to the table — women who reflect the global community we are serving and the values we are scaling with.

This is not just a corporate initiative — it’s personal. I’m actively searching for women leaders who align with DFX’s mission and are excited to be part of our journey to IPO.
