When Jesse and I started this journey, we knew we were building something special, but we never could have imagined just how much heart and passion would shape this community. Every day, we’re inspired by the resilience, drive, and commitment within our network.
We’ve received a letter of intent from an innovative private equity firm to lead our Seed round with a $2M investment, with plans to reinvest in future rounds. Outside of this, we’re raising an additional $300K through our Pre-Seed SAFE round, which will convert at a 30% discount during our Seed round—offering the best terms you'll ever have to invest in DFX. February 27: HealthTech - Early Stage Call - A pitch tank event where early-stage startups related to health and technology, investors, and service providers connect. Each session features expert speakers, two spotlight deal reviews from promising startups, and real-time investor feedback.
March 12: Real Estate Pitch Tank - Be part of the Real Estate Community (RECC), managed by Grand Chateau Properties on DFX, for a premier event to connect real estate investment sponsors with potential funders.

Now, I’ve officially moved to Boston to build our HQ. For my first night out in the new city, Jesse and I attended the Boston Winter Ball, a red carpet style event with 1,500 guests. This event raised over 2 million dollars for the Corey Griffin Foundation, which supports at-risk youth through education, healthcare, and character-building programs. The foundation was created in memory of Corey Griffin, who had a big heart for giving back. He was passionate about helping others even before his passing in 2014.
